The Conference
4 days of engaging learning
March 18-21, 2026
Cardiopulmonary Boot Camp (CPBC) is a continuing education event targeted at Emergency and Critical Care residents. CPBC is an intensive, unique 3.5 day course designed to provide hands-on experience and small group learning experiences facilitated by preeminent specialists in cardiac physiology, cardiac output monitoring, respiratory physiology, mechanical ventilation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The agenda includes:
-
Small group interactive learning sessions with high faculty:student ratios covering fundamental cardiopulmonary topics.
-
State of the art immersive simulation scenarios focused on mechanical ventilation, CPR, and cardiopulmonary crises
-
Internationally renowned faculty with low student:instructor ratios
The total number of attendees is limited to approximately 50 to allow extensive hands-on experience during the small group sessions and simulations, and meaningful interaction between faculty and attendees. This provides a highly unique opportunity for individuals to develop critical skills for managing patients with hemodynamic or respiratory compromise in collaboration with a small group of attendees with similar backgrounds and experience and a team of engaged instructors. The majority of attendees are 3rd year emergency and critical care residents.
